Absolutely 1st class

I brought a FordFocus from HB Motors 9 years ago when we lived local to their branch in Hornchurch Essex since then we have moved away we still have the Ford Focus in the family the car has been brilliant. My wife wanted a Vauxhall Astra as a newer car I looked at the HB Motors website and found the perfect car for her. I called Jazzi and told him I was interested asked him if he could deliver and paid a deposit We arranged a convenient time for delivery of the car. The car was delivered to us in absolutely mint condition it was nice to see Jazzi again after all these years we had a chat paid him for the car and said our goodbyes I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a used car because the service and quality of the cars he sells are A1 So look no further if you are looking for a quality used car. A low mileage car fairly priced

I visited HB for the first time today having been attracted by all the cars on offer having a low mileage. Upon arrival, I wasn't pestered and was able to view and start both of the cars that I was potentially interested in. I carried out my own inspection and then did a full online check which came back satisfactorily. The car was for my son and he drove away in a very respectable low-mileage Fiat 500 which will hopefully serve him well. I instinctively do not trust used car dealers but Jaz seemed genuine and wasn't pushy which was refreshing. The price paid was fair.

Great customer support 

Great customer support with no hard sell and genuine great cars for sale. I bought a Hyundai i20 from Hijaz and it was a lovely experience. Had a small issue which Michael helped with sorting out there and then. Brilliant and couldn't ask for more.

This company was easy to do business with. Their product was excellent and the delivery cost to South Wales from Essex was affordable. The delivery driver was friendly, helpful, and efficient - a pleasure to do business with. My one gripe - the petrol tank was uncomfortably empty on delivery. With no local garages, the trip to fill up was more stressful than I would have liked

Easy to deal with, would recommend

Very easy to deal with over the phone and accommodating by arranging a Sunday appointment. The car was in the exact condition described in the advert, just serviced with new tires and very clean. Service felt very genuine and would recommend it to other customers. Thank you.

Honest and trust worthy. 

I would recommend and buy from HB Motors again.I bought a Peugeot from HB Motors and it's all fine, no issues. I found the owner Hijaz, very courteous and accommodating. No hard sell, he was honest and took me on a test drive and even insisted I take it on a long motor way drive so I am completely satisfied before making the purchase. I saw how he was dealing with other customers with respect and in a welcoming manner.
